Neuro and stroke AHPs - OT, PT, SLT

There's already some great neurorehab lists and in particualr neurospych, but lets group some of the OT, PT and SLTs as well so that as people land they can get going quickly! Using neuro in it's broadest sense i.e. LTCs, ITU. And slipped in some' honorary' therapists because of their research/work.
